How tall was Warner Baxter?

Warner Baxter appeared to have an early predisposition for show business: "I found a boy a block away who would eat worms and suck flies for a penny. I showed him in a tent for one-third of the profits." At the age of 9, his widowed mother moved to San Francisco where, after the 1906 earthquake, his family stayed in a tent "in utter fear of the flames" for two weeks. By 1910, he was in vaudeville and from there he went on to perform and movies on Broadway. He rose to fame as the Cisco Kid with In Old Arizona (1928), a morinée star in the silents, for which he received an Oscar. He went on to appear at The Prisoner of Shark Island (1936) with Myrna Loy in Penthouse (1933) and what many remember his best performance, that of the doctor who handled the murderer of Abraham Lincoln.
