Sonny John Moore was born January 15, 1988, known professionally as Skrillex, is an American record producer, DJ, musician, singer, and songwriter. Moore was born in the Highland Park neighborhood of Northeast Los Angeles but moved to the Forest Hill neighborhood of San Francisco at the age of 2, where he attended elementary school. He was adopted at birth by family friends of his biological parents and did not find this out until he was 15. Some of his EP-s include Gypsyhook EP, My Name Is Skrillex, Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites.
