Randy "Macho Man" Savage, one of the most colorful battles in and out of the ring, was a larger pop icon with other battling superstars, including "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and Hulk Hogan, Jimmy Snuka and Dwayne Johnson, including "The Rock" and Jesse Ventura. When signed to the WWE (then known as the WWF), Savage immediately became a top heel (bad guy). He was managed by WWE Hall of Fame managers such as Jimmy Hart, Bobby Heenan, Classy Freddie Blassie (Freddie Blassie) and, of course his best known manager--the gorgeous Miss Elizabeth (Elizabeth Hulette).
