Regional School Unit26, she was anonymous plaintiff Susan Doe concerning sex identity and the use of the bathroom in schools. The transgender was prohibited from using the female bathroom after a complaint.The trial, however, ruled that it is unconstitutional to refuse the trans-gender student access to their gender identity toilets.
