Marieve Herington (born February 22, 1988) is a Canadian-American voice actor and singer who has starred on How I Met Your Mom, Good Luck Charlie and Ever After High in recurring roles. Such as voicing animated lead characters in Delilah and Julius and Pearlie, she is Tilly Green 's voice on the Disney Channel show Big City Greens. Besides that she voiced Celestia Ludenburg in the popular Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc anime video game. She began performing in big public shows at age 12.
