Kiesa Rae Ellestad (born 16 January 1989) is a Canadian singer and multi-instrumentalist from Calgary who previously performed in New York City and London. She moved to Toronto, where she had to take several years off to recover from a car crash.Host Tom Coxworth of CKUA Folk Routes has chosen her to sing for a live audience and be shown live on his radio show. Soon thereafter, she was admitted to study piano, voice and guitar at Selkirk College in Nelson, BC.
