Beth Hart (born 24 January 1972) is a Los Angeles, California-based American singer, songwriter, and guitarist. She gained popular with her 1999 song "LA Song (Out of This Town)" released from her second album, Screamin ' for My Supper. The song became a hit number one in New Zealand, as well as on the Billboard Adult Top 40 charts reaching the top 5 of the US Adult Contemporary and Top 10.Subsequent songs by Hart and Joe Bonamassa, including Seesaw and Live in Amsterdam, made their debut on the Billboard Blues Album Chart at number 1, a ranking that she has now hit six times. Hart had two single numbers 1, "As Sweet as It Is" and "Learning to Survive" in Denmark, as well as a double platinum-selling album, Keep the Light On.
