The Welsh actor, director and producer is Sir Philip Anthony Hopkins CBE. He was named three more times as the winner of the Academy Prize for the best actor in 1992. Four BAFTAs, 2 Emmys and the Cecil B. DeMille Award were received by Hopkins as well. In 1993, Queen Elizabeth II appointed him to the rank of knight for the arts.
